$7hen the rutrer is aken up for hearing, it is noticed that during pendency of the wrir petition, the petitioner has retired from service on amaining the age of superannuationAggrieved by the action of the.respondents in fixing senioriry the pedtioner has approached the C_entral Administradve Tribunal, Hldenbad, by fil-g O.ANo.145 of 2001 and the Tribunal has panly allowed the said OA ade order dated 06.02.2004.
Since the petitioner has retired from service, this C-oun is not incLined to interfere with the order passed by the Tribunal.
Accordingly, the Wr-it Petition is dismissed. No costs.
