Regard being had to the controversy involved inthe aforesaid cases, they wereheard together and are being decided by a common order.

under:-
The present writ appeal is arising outof the orderdated 28.04.2014 passed by the learned SingleJudge in W.P.No.20287 of 2013.
The facts of the case reveal that the writpetitionerscame up before this Court being aggrievedby the orderspassed under the Urban Land (Ceiling andRegulation)Act, statingthat the proceedings were initiated against a deadperson and in those €i* circumstances, the writpetition has been allowed.Now a writ appeal has beenpreferred by certain personsclaiming interest in the same land.
In the considered opinion of this Court,title dispute cannot be decided in writappealand therefore,liberty is
)
granted to take recourse to the other civilremediesavailable under the law.
With the aforesaid, thepresent writ appeals and the leave
petitions stand disposed of.
Pending miscellaneous applications,if any, shall stand
closed. There shall beno order as to costs.
