submitted that the parties to the appeal have settled the matter outside the Court, in relation to appointment of the appellant by name Sri J.Devender Rao, as guardian, for custody of the children by name Vaisnavi, Gayathri and Vindya, and the appellant does not want to proceed with the appeal and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal
stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
