None appears on behalf of the revision petitioners. As per the proceedings dated 17 .7O.2O22 also there was no representation on behalf of the revision petitioners and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. In fact, as per the proceedings date,i 24 .06.2022, iL was represented by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that the matter is settled between the parties and requested for short time for filing compromise memo. Thereafter, inspite of granting five adjournments, there was no representation on behalf of the revision petitioners. Finally on 17.10.2022, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal' as the revision petitioners are not evincing any interest to proceed. with the enquiry. Today, the learned counsel for the respondents has filed . the ledger extract showing that the revision petitioners are not paying rents from 1O.O5.2021 on wards. In such circumstances, presence or representation on behalf of the revision petitioners is felt essential. I do not find any merit to adjourn the revision petitions in the absence of any

representation. Accordingly, in view of the proceedings dated 17.70.2022, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for default for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
