This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.529 of 2013 on the file of XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
There was no representation for the petitioners
inspite of listing the matter under the caption “for dismissal” on 29.03.2022, 07.04.2022, 07.06.2022 and even today also, there is no representation for the petitioners.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter has become infructuous.
Duly recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
