The learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, has stated that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 07.03.20 19, the water tap service connection has already been restored to the petitioner.
In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. In case the official respondents intend to take any action, they shall do so strictly in accordance with law after putting the petitioner on notice.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand
closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
