Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order, direction especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.3 in not registering the FIR basing on the complaint of the petitioners dated 1sl1112021 and not taking any action against the respondents 5 to 10 is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the criminal Procedure code and further declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not protecting the land admeasuring Ac.18-38 gts. in sy.No.39B, situated at Malkajgiri Village and lvlandal, Ranga Reddy District, presenfly at Tirumala Nagar, RTC colony, within the limits of GHMC Malkajgiri circle and Mandal, Moula-Ali, Medchal District from the encroachment is also illegal and arbitrary and consequenfly direct the respondent No.3 to register the FIR on the complaint dt.15/"1 112021 of the
petitioners and take appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 10 in accordance with law.
