This writ petition is filed aggrieved by^{the action of respondent} Nos.2 and 3 viz., the Deputy Superintendent of Police. C.l.D.,^l',S., Warangal, and the State Bank of Hyderabad, Subedari^Branch, Hanamkonda, Warangal District, respectively, liom^{enlorcing the} Ietters bearing No.F/GB/292 dated 05.01.2016 penaining to^freezing ol Cun ent Account bearing No.5201 004083 I of petitioner No.l^- M/s. Premier Enterprises issued by respondent No.3 and the letter^bearing No.F/GB/293 dated 05.01.2016 pertaining to freezing of^petitioner No.2 viz., N. Manohar Reddy's Saving Bank Account bearing No.62000332489 issued by respondent No.3 and to set aside the^same as illegal.
