Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the inaction of the Respondent No. 4 on petitioner's request letter dated 2011112021 for grant of permission to hold Nirasana Dheeksha (protest meeting) at Jagtial District Collectorate office on 0711212021, against illegal transfer of lands pertaining to Metpally Khadi Gramodyog Pratishthan at Poodur village in the name of benamis, as illegal, arbitrary and in complete violation of our fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 19(1Xa) and 19(1)(b) and Article 21 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the Respondent No. 4 to grant permission for holding the Nirasana Dheeksha on 0711212021 as per petitioner's fresh request letter submitted to him on 2011112021 .
