This Wr : Petition is^{filed to declare the action of the 4th respondent} in not^granting building^{permission in respect of land admeasuring Ac'0'02} guntas in Surv 'y No.254lAA situated^{at Chinna GundavalliVillage, Siddipet} Rural Mandal, Siddipet^{District, despite the petitioner's application dated} 03.07.2021, as^{illegal and arbitrary.}

Heard l, arned counsel^{for the petitionerand learned Government} Pleader appea ing for^{the respective respondentsand with their consent,} the Writ Petitir n itself^{is taken up for hearing and disposal at the stage of} admission.

The ma n^grievance of^{the petitionerin the writ petitionis that he} had made E 1 application^{on 03.07.2021seeking permissionfor} construction o a building^{and the same havingnot been grantedtill date,} nor has been r-'jected by^{the authoritiesby giving any reason therefor'}

Learne( Government^{Pleaderfor Panchayat Rajrepresenting} learned Stanc ing Counsel^{for the GramPanchayat,on instructions,} submits that t re application^{made by the petitioner was consideredand} reverted by th^I Gram^{Panchayaton 03.08.2021 online at 8.09.37AM, with} the remark^"s tbmit^{licence copy". Learned GovernmentPleader futher} submits that the^{petitioner, whilesubmitting the applicationon} 03.07.202L, d I not enclose^{therewitha copy of thelicence,and as such,} with the said emark, the^{applicationwas revefted and it is alwaysopen} for the^petitic 1er to^{submit a fresh application online enclosing all the} required docu rents.

The above submission of the learned Government Pleader is placed on record and liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit an application

I afresh by enclosing all the relevant documents. Upon the petitioner submitting such application, the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
