Heard learned counsel for t1.e petitioners and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

The main grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are not accepting their applications and^providing electrical^service connection/meter in respect of their individual subject^properties in Survey No.908 situated at Raghavendra colony, Kukatpally.

The learned counsel for the^petitioners states^{stated that} though the petitioners have submitted individual^{applicationsto} the respondents along with necessary documents^{for providing} electricit5r service connection to the subject^property,the respondents are refusing to receive the same.^{The learned counsel} has also stated that in similar circumstances, this^{Court has} passed orders in W.P.No. 10869 ol 2O2O, dated 21.O7.2020.

Sri R. Vinod Reddy, the^{learned Standing Counsel, on} instructions, submits that if the^{petitioners file applications} individually afresh along with the required^{documents,the same} would be processed and necessary^orderswould be passed and the same^{would be intimated to the petitioner.}

Recording the aforesaid submission, this^{Writ Petition is} disposed of with a direction to^{the petitioners to file applications}

individually aJ :esh for providing electricity service connection to the subject p1c: within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the respondents hal1 receive and process the sam,: a.nd pass necessary orc ers thereon in accordance with laLw and the prescribed pro :edure and communicate the same to tl're petitioner, within a perior of four weeks thereafter. However, it^js rrrade clear that mere pror ision of electricit5r by the respondents, pursuant to this order, car not be construed as creating any equities in favour of the petitionr rs and cannot be used in any collateral proceedings before any Cot rt, forum or authority. No order as to costs.
