Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit flled therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent authorities more specifically Respondent No.4 and 5 authority in refusing to release the power supply vide refusal letter reference.No. AAE/OP/PRAGATHI NAGAR/F-cENL ./D.No.105/2021 - 22, daled 0410512021, to the Petitioner's premises bearingPlot No.1626 and 1627 in Block No.100 admeasuring 533.33 sq.yds or445.86 sq.mts in Sy.No. 165, 166, 167, 178 and 179 of Lahari Estates situated at Bachupally Village, Pragathi Nagar Gram Panchayat, Quthbullapur I/andal, MedchalMalkajgiri District. On the ground of letter reference No. Ntt/C/G/O312020 dated 1410512020 issued by the Respondent No. 6 ( not to release power supply for illegal constructions) as illggal, arbitrary, without anyjurisdiction , contrary to provisions of Electricity Act 2003 and violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the Respondent No. 4 and 5 authority herein to release the power supply to the Petitioner said property referred above without referring to letter reference No. NMC/G/O312020 dated 1410512020 issued by the 6th respondent.
