Take the audited half-yearly accounts for the periods from (1) 01 .04.2018 to 30.09.2018 along with Auditors' Report dated 04 02.2021 submitted on 16.02.2021 , 2) 01 04.2019 to 30.09.2019 along with Auditors' Report dated 06.02.2021 submitted on 16022021 by M/s. Padmanabha & Company, Chartered Accountants and (3) 01 .10.2018 to 31.03.2019 along with Auditors' Report dated 30.03.2021 submitted on 16.04.2021 by M/s. Murthy & Kanth, Chartered Accountants on record;

ii. Take Affidavit of No receipts or payments of the half-yearly accounts forf the periods from (4) 01 .10.2017 to 31.03.2018 & (5) 01.10.2019 to 31.03.2020 on record;

iii. Order that the cost of this application and any miscellaneous expenses do come out of the funds of the company or Estate and Establishment Fund if funds are not available in company.

This Company Application coming on for orders upon reading the Company Application and the affidavit dated 28-06-2021 filed by Sri Suresh Dharavath, Asst. Official Liquidator in support of the Company Application and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. J. Srinadh Reddy, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator for the Applicant.

This comparry Apprication is fired by the Assistant officiar Liquidator under section 462 of the companies Act, 'r 956 read with Rure 306 of the company (court) Irures, 1959 to take on record the harf-yearry accounts along with the ar ditors' reports of M/s. padmanabha Rao & Company, chartered Accountar rts and M/s, Murthy & Kanth, chartered Accountants of the company in liquidat on.

Perused the Auditors' Reports with the assistance of Sri J.srinadh Reddy, rearned cr,unser for the officiar Liquidator. Arso perused the affidavit of official r iquidator showing "no receipts or payments,, during the period from 01.10.;'.017 to 3.1.03.20.18 and 01.10.2019 to 31.03.2020. The prayer is accepted. The half-yearly accounts and the auditors, reports are taken on file.
