When the matter is taken up for hearing, leatned Special Govemment Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the grievance of the petitioner would be resolved and the son of the petitioner would be permitted to appear for the improvement examinations conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education. Leamed Special Government Pleader further submits that if the son of the petitioner has applied for the improvement examinations, then the respondents would permit him to appeat for the examinations.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

Having regard to the said submissions made by the leamed counsel on either side, this Court is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the 2"d respondent-Board of Intermediate Education to permit the son of the petitioner to appear for the improvement examinations likely to be conducted from 256 October, 2021 or any other subsequent date.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
