Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may^-ue pleased to issue a writ, order or Direction more particularly one in the nature in Writ of Mandamus, questioning the action of the 2nd Respondent in not granting the extension of provisional affiliation to the Petitioners college for the academic year 2020-21 AND 2021-22 without producing the renewed lease deed in pursuance of its proceedings vide No. R-379/UG/Acad-1V212020-21 , d|.241912020 and not considering the Petitioners request for granting the extension of Provisional Affiliation to the Petitioners College for the academic years 2019-20,2020-21 and 2021-2022 are nothing but putting the Petitioner No.1 College recognition and the future of previous students of ll and lll year Degree students educational carrier at stake, which is illegal, ultra virus, unlawful and against the^principles of natural .justice.
