Khanapuram Haveli, Kammam District, against the Petitioner /accused No.3 herein on the similar complaints with similar set of facts is arbitrary, illegal and even against to the fundamental principal of criminal Justice further issue appropriate writ declaring the multiple F.l.R's registered on the same offense against the petitioner by the Respondent as arbitrary, unlawful and also in violation of fundamental rights under article '14,19,2O,21 and 22 guaranteed by Constitution of lndia and consequently direct all the police authorities not to register any further FIR's against the Petitioner in relation to the alleged offence and consequently quash the proceedings in Crime No's, Cr.No.167 ol 2O2O dated 10/05/2020 on the file of the P.S.Khanapuram Haveli, Kammam District, Cr.No.191 ot 2020, dated 17l0Sl2O2O on the file of the P.S.Khammam Rural, Khammam District .and in Cr.No.166 of 2021 , on the file of the P.S.Khammam(l) Town, Khammam District and pass such further orders which are deem fit in the proper facts and circumstances of the case in lhe interests of justice.
