The subject matter in the writ petition was referred to the Member Secretary, Telangana State Legal Services Authority, for conducting mediation between the parties and accordingly, the parties settled the matter amicably in terms of set ement dated 15.12.2027 before the Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High Court for the State of Telangana.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 15.12.2021. pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
