Petjtion under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to direct the respondents to produce the records pertaining to notification 06/20i 7 dated 28-12-2017 issued by the respondent corporation and all connected file including the final key, marks list etc., and b) hold the action of the respondent corporation in not rectifying the incorrect key answer for question No.3 of booklet D despite representation and objections with authenticate and authoritative evidence/ and continuing to stick on to only one answer though there are two correct answers, thereby denying one mark to the petitioner which consequenfly may lead to the denial of selection to the post of Asst. Engineer (Electrical) as bad, illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and unconstitutional and c)consequenfly direct the respondent corporation to award one mark to the petitioner for his correct option i-e., option i.e., 3 and treat his marks as 77176 and accordingly select him to the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) on par with all selected candidates with all consequential benefits d)by issuance of Writ of IVandamus.
