ORDER:
This writ petition is filed to declare theimpugned Assessment Order No.E/lOO5l6/2OlB, dated 04.06.2020 as illegal and consequently direct the 3'd respondent toissueNo Objection Certificate to the petitoner.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned assessment order is merely basing on the report of the Vigilance and Enforcement Officer, without proper inspection or enquiry and imposed cess amount of Rs.42,93,344 l- towards Telangana Building and other construction Workers Board and directed to pay the same within 30 days. The petitioner was asked to submit objections/reply to the said notice within 15 days with documentary evidence. The said assesment order was handed over to the security person during Covid -19.
Learned Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner has not approached the respondent authorities with his objectsions to the assessment notice.
In view of the above submisions and facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitoner to approach the respondent authorities with his objections/reply, if any, to the impguned notice

within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon which, the respondent authorities shallpass appropriate orders as expeditiously aspossible after considering the objections/ reply to be filed by thepetitioner. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any,pending in thisPetition,
