Petition under Article 226 ol lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No. 3 and 4 in not taking any action against the illegal/unauthorised construction of house by the 5th Respondent in Survey Number 89/AP4 and 91/EP4 at Basheerabad Village Kammarpally Mandal, Dist. Nizamabad, which is being constructed without any permission or application for permission for the construction of house from Grampanchayath Basheerabad as illegal, arbitrary, u ncon stitutiona I and contrary to the provisions ofThe Telangana Panchayathraj Act and consequently direct the Respondent No. 3 and 4 to take necessary action by removing the illega l/una utho rised construction of house by the sth Respondent in survey Number g9/Ap4 and g1rEp4 at Basheerabad Village Kammarpaily Mandar, Dist. Nizamabad, which is being constructed without any permission or any apprication for permission for construction from the Grampanchayat Basheerabad.
