This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners, wherein the following prayer is made:

"...to issue a Writ/O rderlDirection more particularly one in nature of Writ of mandamus, to cancel the e-auction sale notice, dated 79-02-2027 scheduling the auction on 23-042021 issued by the respondent bank in respect of Agricultural land admeasuring Ac.12.16 in Sy Nos.32614 and 328/A, Agricultural Land Admeasuring Ac.5.19 in Sy Nos.326, 329, 330, Agricultural Land Admeasurinq Ac.5.O7 gts^jn Sy No. 327/A and Agricultural Land Admeasuring 4c.7.28.5 gts in Sy No.325 situated at Kallakal Village, Toopran f4andal, N4edak District as being untenable, arbitrary, violative of the provisions of the RDDB Act and the rules made there under and consequently to set-aside the same."

2, Heard the submissions of Sri Vivek Jain, learned counsel representing Sri B. Bharat Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. V. Dyumani, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent- Ba n k, and perused the record.

This Court was pleased to hear this Writ Petition extensively. Having submitted for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners filed Interlocutory Applications in O.A.No.2457 of 2077 on the file of Debts Recovery Tribunal-1I, Hyderabad, and the same are pending and it would be suffice, if the
