This tran.fer CMP is filed by the petitioner/wlfe unde r Section 24 of C.P.C. for with,uawal of HMOP.No.101 of 2019 pending on the file of Senior Civil Jurige's Court, Mahabubabad and to transfer the same to the Court of Fami y Judge, Warangal stating that she is a resident of Warangal Town and it is causing lot of hardship to attend each and every date of hearing rt Mahabubabad. That apart, a criminal case is also filed by the petitionr r in Crime No.85 of 2O 18 under Section 498-,{ IPC. She has also hleci maintenance case under Section l2[i Cr.P.C. vide MC.No.1O2 of )119 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Wetrangal and respondent is a -lending in those matters,
