Perused the record. Notice of the respondent is served,^called absent. No representation.

This transfer CMP is filed by the petitioner/wife under Section 24 of C-P.C. for withtlrawal of HMOP.No. l4O of 2Ol9 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court at Huzurabad and to trarsfer the same to the Court of Senior C;r,il Judge at Karimnagar. As per thc averments in the affidavit filed in support of the petrtion, it appears that a-fter the marriage, the petitroner and respondent lead happy marital life for some time and t1ley were blessed with a baby child. Thereafter, disputes arose between them. She filed 498-A case in crime No.2 of 2020 before t]le Women Police Sta.tion at Karimnagar and she has been living with her parents along witb. her minor child.

Therefore, considering the scheme of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, convenience of tJ e pe.jtioner/wife and her minor child, the provisions of the Section 24 of C.P.C.,l deem it fit to accept the request of the petitioner.

ln the result, the Transfer CMP is allowecl. HMOP,No.140 of 2019 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court, Huzurabad is ordered to be withdrawn and transfer the same to the Court of Judge, Familv Court at Karimnagal for disposal in accordance with law. The learned Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad shall transmit the entire record duly indexed within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
