From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation is completed in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed and the same is taken on file, vide C.C.No. 126 of 2020. In view of the same, the cause in the Criminal petition has become infructuous. 3' Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Flowever, liberty is granted to the petitioners herein to challenge the charge sheet itself, ifso advised.
