Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner/A-4 on regular bail in connection with the Crime No.252 of 2O2O on the file of the Chikkadapally Police Station, Chikkadapally Division, Hyderabad;

This is an application for regular bail. The petitioner is Accused No.4 in Crime No.252 of 2020 pending on the t'ile of Chikkadapally I'olice Station, Hyderabad City. The oflences alleged against the petitioner ale under Sections 324,421 and 448 read with 34 IPC.

Heard Sri D. Sudharshan, learned counsel fbr the petitioner and the learnecl Public Prosecutor for the respondent. Perused the record,

The allegations against the petitioner are that he is the associate of A I and he has pdrticipated in the commission of offence along with A 1 and other accused. In the remand report, it is specifically mentioned that A 1 to ,4'6 are potential criminals and preplanned to commission of this offence. A1 and A2 are potentially harmful persons and both are absconding. Except thal there are no specific allegations against the petitioner herein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that A.3 rl'as arrested and enlarged on bail by the Court below. The same rvas confirmed by the learned Public Prosecutor on instructions. Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there are no cases pending against the pelitioner except the present case

Considering the said aspects, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.4.

Accordingly, the Crir.ninal Petition is allow,ed and the

petitioner - .A4 is granted bail on the following conditions:

i) The petitioner - A.4 shall furnish personal bond for an amount ol Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) rvith trvo (2) sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

ii) The petitioner - A.4 shall appear before the Station House Officer, Chikkadapally Police Station, Hyderabad City, on everyday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. till completion of investigation and filing charge sheet.

iii) The petitioner A4 shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, i1'any, shall stand closed.
