This Crirninal Petition is Iiled seeking regular bail. The petitioners are A-1 to A6 in Crime No.125 of 2O2O, pending on the lile of SHO, Gudur Police Station, Warangal District. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 8(c) read ',vith 20(b) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A- 1 to A6 and learned Pubhc Prosecutor. Perused the record

2OOkgs ol ganja was seized from the petitioners i,Lnd other accused.

The 1"t and 3.d petitioners are agriculturists. The 2,,d and 6th petitloners are drivers. The 4t't petitioner is businessman and the 5u petitioner is running cell point.

According to the police, on 04.08.2020, u,hile they are conducting patrolling, when they reached A 1 's lields at Raliavagudasru Thanda outskirts, meantime one car is on the road and seven persons were picked up white plastic bags in suspicion manner. Accorcling to the police they have seized 200 kgs of ganja lrom all the accr.rsed.

As stated above, on instructions, learned Public Prosecutor would submit that there are no other cases against the pctitioners for the same offence under NDPS Act and they are in jail since 04.o8.2020.

Considering the said aspects, this Court is inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners herein.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioners/A-1 to 4-6 shall be released on bail on their executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsampet, Wardngal District. The petitioners shall report before the SHO, Narsampet Police Station, on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet. Further, the petitioners/A 1- 1 to A6 shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438 (21 Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall

stand closed.
