Today, when the matter came up lor hearing under the caption 'for withdrawal', learned counsel fbr the petitioner reiterated her submission.

In view of the above, permission is accorded and accordingly ..^{granting the liberty} as sought, the criminal^petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid letter dated 12.11.2020 addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the Registry shall form part ofthe record.
