Petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the Criminal Petition, the Hlgh Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitio n e r/Accused No.1 on bail in Cr. No. 156 of 2020 on the file of the First Addl. Judicial First Class Magistrate at Mancherial in the above stated circumstances of the case and in the interest of Justice.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the Hihg Court dt. 11-11-2020 in CRL.P. No. 5046 of 2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri IYAHESH RAJE, Advocate for the Petitioner, PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, for the Respondent, the Court made the following

This application is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 to relax the condition i,e., the petitioner/accused No.1 shall personally appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every 4,h Sunday of the month between 1O.OO AM and 5.0O PM till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet imposed by this Court vide order, dated 11.11.2020 in Crl,P.No,5046 ot 2O2O. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the investigation in the present case has been completed and police have filed

charge sheet and therefore, the condition imposed against the^petitioner may be relaxed. Having regard to the same and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is ordered relaxing the aforementioned condition.
