Crl.P.No.1734 of 2O2O is filed by A2 to A4 and Crl.P.No.47B8 of 2O2O is filec by A I in Crime No.299 of 2O2O of Choutuppal Police Station. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections llO2, 34 1 read with 34 IPC.

Heard learne d counsei for the petitioners anti learned Public Prosecutcr. Perused the record.

Learnecl counsel for the petitioners would submit thar the petitioners are irr jail for more than 90 days.

All the petitioners were arrested on 10.08.2020 and since then they are in .iail.

On instructions, learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the police lrave almost completed investigation and recorded the statements c f material witnesses, charge sheet has to be filed and FSL report is; awaited.

Considering the said aspects, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the Petitioners.

Acco;'dinglv, the Criminal Petition is allou'ed and the petitioners are granted regular bail subject to the folloraing conditions:

i. Th: petitioners shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand onir,) r.t'ith tu,o sureties fol the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Additional .tudicial First Class Magistrate, Ramannapet.

ii. The petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer, Choutuppal police Station, on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and S.OO pM, till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.
