These Oriminal Petitions are hled bv accused No.3 and accusecl No. 1 respectively seeking regular bail in Crime No.1B0 of 2A2O of P.S.Mulugu (old Warangal). The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Section Section B(c) r/',v Section 2:0(b) of NDPS Act.

Heard Sri D.Radhakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioners :.nd learned Pub1ic Prosecutor. Perused the record.

3 . 1 i'4 kgs of ganza was seized from accused No.3 and accused No.1.

Lr:arned Public Prosecutor on instruction u,ould submit that there are no other cases of similar nature against the petitionels herein/accused No.3 and 1. Accused Nos.1 & 3 u,ere arresled on 05.08.2020 and they are in jail from that date. Accused No.3 is aged about 60 years

Considering the said aspects, this Court is inclined to gl arrt regular bail to both the petitioners/A-3 and A-1.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners/A-3 & A- 1 sha-ll be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) The petitioners shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Special Sessions Judge for NDPS Cases-cum-l Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal. (ii) The petitioners shali appear before the Station House Officer, P.S.Mulugu (o1d Warangal), on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM, tili completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet. (iii) The petitioners shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer.
