ORDER:
Father of the petitioner died on 28.02.2000, while he was in service. Claiming appointment on compassionate grounds, petitioner seems to be pursuing the matter and alleging that there is no response to his grievance, this Writ Petition is filed. Earlier, petitioner seems to have filed W.P.No.8465 of 2006 and the same was dismissed for non-prosecution on 17.08.2016. Claiming identical relief, this Writ Petition is filed.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
