ORDER: {Per the Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan}
Sri K.S.Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that certain factual aspects, to establish that the respondent-cooperative society is a “State” within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India, and a writ petition would lie against such a society, were not stated in the earlier affidavit; and the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition afresh placing all these relevant facts.
Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand
dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
