JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan}
Sri S.M.Subhan, learned counsel for the appellant, states that the appellant has, subsequently, filed O.A.No.12 of 2017 before the Wakf Tribunal and, as the appellant intends to prosecute the appeal before the Wakf Tribunal, he be granted liberty to withdraw this writ appeal and to pursue the matter before the Wakf Tribunal in O.A.No.12 of 2017.
Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
