Since none appeared for the appellants on 06.10.2017, the matter was directed to be listed “for dismissal” today. Even today, neither is Sri Mohd. Ansaruddin, learned counsel for the appellants, present nor is there any representation on his behalf.
The Writ Appeal is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
