ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 07.07.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No.32 of 2013 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the criminal revision case has become infructuous.
