ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 13.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3504 of 2016 in C.C.No.264 of 2016 on the file of the IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupathi.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to urge the points raised in this revision case, including the material alteration of Ex.P1 cheque, before the trial Court.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
