ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. questioning the orders dated 13.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3507 of 2016 in C.C.No.264 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupathi.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
