COMMON ORDER:
When WP.No.36300 of 2012 was listed on 03.08.2015, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the matter was directed to be posted on 10.08.2015, under the caption ‘for dismissal’, on which date none appeared nor was made any representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, the matter was directed to be listed on 11.08.2015 along with connected WP.No.39336 of 2012.
Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing, it is represented that the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has given up ‘vakalat’.
As the petitioner in both the writ petitions is one and the same and is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the cases and she has not made any alternative arrangements for engaging other counsel, the writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petitions, Interim Orders, if any passed, shall stand dissolved.
