ORDER:
Learned counsel for the respondent produced a copy of proceedings vide Roc.No.Rev.2/168/AEO(P&R)/TTD/TML/ 2008, dated 11.08.2015, stating that the orders dated 25.02.2015, passed by this Court in WP.No.1923 of 2015 are complied with and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the proceedings dated 11.08.2015, issued by the
respondent, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 11.08.2015 issued by the respondent. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
