Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. If any independent grievance insofar as respondent No.7 subsists, the petitioner is given liberty to work out the grievance in accordance with law.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
