This Court is informed that the Government has cancelled the lease and has also initiated criminal proceedings against respondent No.8. We are also
informed that even the revision filed by respondent No.8 in respect of seigniorage charges has also been dismissed. In the circumstances, nothing further survives in the P.I.L.
The P.I.L. is accordingly disposed of. It is needless to mention that the Government shall take all steps to recover the seigniorage charges from respondent Nos.7 and 8.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
