JUDGMENT:
Sri E.V.Bhagiratha Rao and Sri V.Jogayya Sharma, the learned counsel for both the parties are no more. Thereupon, this Court directed the Registry to print the names of the appellant and the respondents. Despite it, none of the parties appear before this Court.
Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution but without costs in the circumstances.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
