ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking Writ of Mandamus to declare Memo No.3584/Ser.III(A2)/2002, dated 05.09.2002 issued by the first respondent as arbitrary and contrary to law and set aside the same and consequently to direct the first respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds.
Smt. Shobha, the learned counsel, representing
Sri V.Jagapathi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the purpose of filing the present writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
