ORDER:
1 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent vide office order No.37579/OP/A3/2002, dated 30.11.2002 as illegal, arbitrary and unsustainable. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, Smt. Jhansi Rani, counsel representing Sri V. Rajagopal Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the very purpose of filing of the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3 Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
