ORDER:
1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.47 of 2010 on the file of Station House Officer, WPS, South Zone, Ghansi Bazaar, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 r/w 34 of IPC.
2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the very purpose of filing of the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
3 In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
4 As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
