ORDER:
1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.1158 of 2009 on the file of Station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 420 and 406 r/w 34 of IPC.
2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and she filed a memo to that effect. 3 In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is closed as no further orders need be passed in this petition. 4 As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
