ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging proceedings of the first respondent in Rc.C5.814/M/2004, dated 25.12.2006 where under B-form license of the petitioner-theatre was suspended.
This Court by order dated 19.02.2007 observed that the petitioner-theatre was closed from 05.02.2007 and accordingly suspended the operation of the proceedings dated 25.12.2006.
The proceedings dated 25.12.2006 of the first respondlent are temporary in nature and not a final order. However, in view
of closure of the petitioner-theatre, the order itself was worked out and therefore no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
