ORDER:
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the inaction of the second respondent in proceeding with the investigation on the complaint referred by the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District, vide S.R.No.836/2007 dated 01.03.2007.
Learned Government, based on the written instructions, submits that the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.434 of 2007 and during the investigation the accused were arrested on 12.11.2007. After completion of the investigation, a charge sheet was filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.929 of 2009 and it is pending trial before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District.
In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition, and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
