This writ appeal is filed against the order dated
04-04-2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 539 of 2006 and batch, of which Writ Petition No.542 of 2006 is part.
Learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondents submit that the said batch of writ petitions were disposed of following the order passed in Writ Petition No.538 of 2006 and that Writ Appeal No. 1311 of 2014 filed against the order in Writ Petition No.538 of 2006 was dismissed by this
Court after hearing both the parties at length
In that view of the matter, this writ appeal is also dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this appeal shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
