This appeal arises out of a common order, dated 04.04.2014, passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.3142 of 2006 and batch.
Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondents.
Both the learned counsel have placed before us a copy of the order, dated 10.10.2014 in W.A.No.1311 of 2014, which arose out of the same common order passed by the learned Single Judge.
Following the same, we dismiss the writ appeal. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions filed in this appeal shall also stand disposed of.
